- Write a minimum of 3 high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts every week.
- Craft engaging social media captions across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Research emerging industry trends to fuel timely, relevant content pipelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to align copy with visual direction.
- Edit and proofread content drafts for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
- Exceptional command of written English — clarity, grammar, and style are non-negotiable.
- Basic working knowledge of on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, structure).
- Strong research instincts with ability to synthesize complex topics accessibly.

Join our core tech team to architect and build scalable backend systems that power Kartsho’s digital ventures. You'll work on robust APIs, database structures, and high-performance server logic.
- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Optimize server performance, handle database design, and ensure system security.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API architecture.
- Solid grasp of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- A GitHub profile showcasing backend projects or relevant open-source contributions.
